Zebedee and Mary Jane Ref- Second Draft OCT

Location of Origin: New York state, near Pennsylvania. (Rural town)

Likes:
Zebedee: Cooking, experimenting with cooking, Attention, getting in the "zone", Mary Jane, hands on experiences, the thrill of the hunt
Mary Jane: Preprepared food (especially junk food honestly), quiet time, numbness, gardening, aimless walks
Dislikes:
Zebedee: Interruptions, losing, being controlled if he notices it, being called a "monster", knowing Mary Jane is hurt, people touching him when he doesn't want to be touched
Mary Jane: Extended contact with strangers, hair getting into her eyes, strong emotions (she tends to get a bit nauseous...), numbness, laces

Notes:
•Yes, the orange splotches on his skin is in fact a skin condition. And yes, he was working with food. It's not that serious, but there is some itching involved.
•Mary Jane is also a bit of a kleptomaniac.
•Zebedee is able to use a gun or rifle for hunting, but feels more comfortable using bladed weapons.
•When he's working, he tends to go into a state of hyperfocus. It's almost like a drug for him, actually.
•It's hard for Zebedee to catch what other people are feeling. Mary Jane usually gets stuck translating for him.
•If Mary Jane is left alone for a long enough period of time, she tends to fall asleep. It usually takes a while to wake her up.
•Zebedee is clingy when he sleeps.
•If asked, they both would say that they needed the other sibling.

Brief History (Up to 1991):
Zebedee was a short order chef at a restaurant, admittedly one that is still struggling to maintain to at least scrape past the health code. Mary Jane worked there too, but she wasn't as into the job as he was. Other than a few deals she made on the side, it was all they had for financial support. He was bull-headed, and tended to ram against the boss more than a few times. They both seemed alright for a while. Then she started to get more attacks, then he shouted at their boss, escalating and escalating. Then they stopped going to work altogether. 
Then he started to bring in bags of meat, standing in the kitchen for hours, preparing dish after dish. She didn't feel she could stop him, but something was wrong.
A few months later, Zebedee Moss was arrested for murder with 15 reported victims. Mary Jane, though she was killed, was not eaten like the others. He was sentenced to 4 consecutive live sentences, which he is still carrying out today. She is still dead.
